How this works:
1. This is the back-up contact list from invitations sent through anyvite.com. Although Anyvite.com would list the RSVP's, the purpose of this separate database is that it will be used for future events.
2. Add the names, email addresses, and other contact information into this list.
3. You can retrieve the Excel-type format of the database by going to http://documents.google.com. If you know the password for OWICommunity@gmail.com (where this database is housed), then you can retrieve the google docs file and convert it into an Excel spreadsheet so you will always have an updated list of invitees.
